At Modhupok Publishing House, we strive for exceptional quality in every book we print and deliver. If your purchase falls short of our standards, we are here to make it right and ensure your reading experience is unhindered.
We accept returns for physical books that arrive damaged, contain printing or binding defects (such as missing pages or upside-down sections), or if you received an incorrect item or an incomplete order.
We do not accept returns for books that have been read or show signs of wear, items reported more than 7 days after delivery, e-books or digital downloads, and items purchased during sale or clearance events.
You have exactly 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Return requests made after this 7-day period will unfortunately not be accepted under any circumstances.
Please email our support team at buzz@modhupok.com. Ensure you include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs showing any damage, defect, or incorrect items.
To be eligible for a successful return processing, the book must be placed in its original packaging (where applicable), remain entirely unused, and be in the exact condition you received it.
Depending on your preference and our inventory, we offer direct replacements for the defective item, store credit for future purchases that never expires, or a full monetary refund to your original payment method (such as bKash or Bank Transfer).
If the return is required due to our error, such as a damaged copy or the wrong title being sent, we will fully cover the return shipping costs. For any other approved returns, the customer will be responsible for bearing the delivery charges.
We strictly replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for a pristine copy of the same title, please send us an email to initiate the exchange process.
If your package arrives visibly damaged from the outside, please take clear photos before opening it. Contact us immediately with these photos so we can promptly file a formal claim with our shipping partner and assist you.
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has shipped, the standard return policy will apply instead.
Please be advised that manuscript submission fees (if applicable) and the cost of any printed reading copies sent directly to our editorial team are strictly non-refundable.
